This year's I Run 4 a Sled Dog event will be done Virtually. We want to ensure the health and safety of all our supporters during these times. No matter which option you choose to register, we'll be sending you the event shirt & goodies in the mail.

I Run 4 a Sled Dog is a 5k Run & 1 Mile Walk to benefit Northern Lights Sled Dog Rescue, hosted by Paws Support Network.
Paws Support Network is proud to announce the 7th Annual I Run 4 a Sled Dog event benefiting Northern Lights Sled Dog Rescue, a non-profit organization that helps huskies, malamutes and other northern breed dogs get the care they need before finding their furever home. 100% of the proceeds from this event goes directly to them.
The event is happening at Prophetstown State Park in West Lafayette, IN on Saturday November 7th. Choose between three participation options: 5K run, 1 Mile Walk, or the "Virtual" option that will allow you to participate from another location.
Schedule:
• On-site registration will begin at 8:00am
• Run/Walk will start at 9:15am
Please bring a printed & signed copy of your waiver form, or get there early enough to fill one out at the event when you pick up your bib. Make sure you wear clothing appropriate for the weather. The event is scheduled for the first weekend of November so dress in layers, and be prepared for any type of weather. Wear comfortable running/walking shoes as well.
This is a dog friendly event, so please bring your fur-companion(s) along if you would like to run or walk with them! All dogs must be on leash at all times and you are responsible for cleaning up after your dog(s). Pet waste bags will be provided. Please be aware that other dogs will be attending the event so we ask all our participants to be mindful & respectful to each other & the dogs.Help us help them!
